*Warranty is not valid if mattress is in an unsanitary condition or Federal tag has been removed.

*Most mattress warranties require the protector and mattress being purchased in the same transaction.

*Mattress warranty is not valid on Floor Model, Prototype or Scratch and Dent Purchases.
